As the NHL kicks off its first month, teams have been showcasing their best talents. Experts are already making postseason predictions, proving that first impressions really do matter.

So far, the Boston Bruins have had the strongest showing of the season. Week by week, they continue to show their strength, especially with their electric offensive front. Forward David Pastrnak leads the 14-2 team with 9 goals and 16 assists, and with Linus Ullmark in the goal with a .936 save percentage, this team is set to make a playoff run this season.

The Vegas Golden Knights have also done well right out of the gate, starting the season 13-3. Center Jack Eichel has created an outstanding dynamic for the team as they have had momentum going through the season so far. This team is fresh and young and fun to watch. At this rate, the Knights should end up at the top of the Pacific Division easily.

Other notable teams include the New Jersey Devils (12-3), the New York Islanders (11-6), and the Carolina Hurricanes (10-5s).

The NHL is going to be exciting to watch this season, so whether you are a seasoned fan or a new follower, be sure to tune in!
