Men’s and Women’s Varsity Golf
Great Game: The biggest highlight of this year was Alex Langford finishing 2nd overall in Day 2 of State Finals with a score of 0, bringing him to an overall 5th place finish in the State. T
he course and greens were incredibly difficult, and he rose to the occasion and proved that he can play with the best of the best in Maryland.
Record: We ended the season with an undefeated regular season record with our only losses being to CMW in a couple of county-wide tournaments throughout the year.
“We had an amazing season, and a strong 2nd place finish in the UCBAC. I was incredibly proud of how all the golfers played in the regular season and having 3 golfers make it to post season was an awesome achievement for the golfers.” -Michael Capozzoli
Playoffs: “We had 3 people qualify for the State Tournament this year. We were very excited for the chance to compete against the best golfers in the state this year.” – Michael Capozzoli

“This season has been frustrating. We have a talented team, but we have not maximized our potential and we have recently dealt with several injuries. Still, we have a chance to make some noise in the post-season if we work hard and play well down the stretch.” -Keith Robinson

Playoffs: “Everyone makes the playoffs (post-covid rule change). I actually prefer the old system where only the top 4 teams in each region qualify. It makes each game more meaningful and those teams that qualify did so on merit.” – Keith Robinson

JV Men’s soccer
Record: 6-1-4
“We had a tremendous season. Not everything is measured with wins and losses. Having (26) players on the roster and everyone contributing and improving was the only results that mattered. It was exciting to see the team come together and play well. A testament to the competitiveness of the squad, we had (9) players asked to play up on varsity for the state playoff push. Men’s Varsity Soccer
Great Game: “We have some great games all year long. The team has really come a long way throughout the season. We have a great match with Harford Tech 1-1 draw, Patterson Mill 5-1 win with Christian Worthington scoring 4 in the match; and Havre de Grace 3-0 – we had to overcome several injuries and illnesses.” – Christopher Hoover
