Homecoming’s Best Looks

These Cougars Ruled the Jungle

Last Saturday night, everyone dressed to the nines and prepared to dance for the annual Homecoming dance! Staff Reporters Addy and Kasey picked their top six outfits from the night. In no specific order, we believe these individuals ruled the jungle.

Ella Colburn made us appreciate a change of pace at the dance. The jacket fits them very nicely and overall, they just slay.

The matching tie and metallic jacket made Gabe Olszyk a sight to see at Homecoming. The lights in the gym reflected off the shiny material that made him sparkle and shine. The funky jacket is really what makes us appreciate this outfit.

Claire Musser:

Claire Musser’s outfit was perfectly pulled together with a black bedazzled dress and cute black heels. The mesh on the corseted section is a nice touch as well. The dress fits her very well overall.

Angelina Velez:

Angelina Velez was dancing the night away in her floor length yellow dress. Her corsage matches her dress nicely, and we love a redhead in yellow.

Jack Corea:

Jack Corea was strutting his stuff in a green bowtie and navy jacket. We appreciate the distinct navy jacket in a sea of black ones. The contrast between the navy jacket and the khakis gives his outfit a nice pop.

Nate Hawk and Ilias Minisci:

Sticking to the jungle theme, Nate Hawk and Ilias Minisci showed up to the dance as Indiana Jones and a jungle cat. Though it’s not super traditional to dress as the theme, these two ate.
