1. Awalk to Frosted Roster from Annie’s playground
This is a perfect point A to point B destination. Whether you’re walking or riding your bike, the distance is around 3.2 miles, and on average, it takes a little over an hour to walk. The Ma & Pa trails are paved with minor hills and benches along the way. As for the ice-cream, The Frosted Rooster is located in downtown Bel Air and is known for their delicious ice-cream sandwiches. Their ice-cream comes from a local creamery, Brooms Bloom and is a 10/10 for me.
2. PotteryPainting at Amazing Glaze
April showers bring May flowers, making Amazing Glaze the perfect place to visit on a rainy day! You can pick out your own pottery from an array of dishes, to fun nicknacks to paint however you please. There is a store located in the Festival at Bel Air. One five-star review states, “they offer a variety of services and reasonable prices.”
3. Attend a local farmers market(Harve de grace, bel air, etc.)
It’s Farmers Market season! Two of the biggest markets in HARCO are located in Downtown Bel Air and Harve De Grace. With different venues all over, it is such a lively activity for a Saturday morning. You could go with friends, family, or you could even bring your dog!

5. Walk the Harve De grace Promenade
Another great way to enjoy the sunshine is by exploring the ¾‑mile boardwalk along the Susquehanna River. The walk takes you right along the water’s edge, where you can spot local wildlife and take in the river views. Along the way, you’ll have direct access to several historic landmarks including the Concord Point Lighthouse, as well as nearby restaurants, museums, and parks.
