Meet Fallston’s newest club: the Crocheting Club! Aubrey Winter and Joscelyn Vendetti, co-presidents, just started the club here at Fallston. They meet every Wednesday in Ms. Partin’s room (221).

They strive for “it to be a space for students and staff to learn new skills… and a fun and comfortable environment for everyone involved,” says Aubrey Winter. They want to be able to share crocheting with everyone since it is a “great skill and hobby,” says Joscelyn Vendetti.

The club is a place for many members to express their creativity and to hang out with their friends.  Caterina Kruml, a member, shares that “[she] loved trying something new and now [she] crochets [in her] free time.”

They are currently working on crocheting pumpkins for fall and flowers for Mother’s Day.  They have some bigger projects in the works, including making garments for the fashion show, organizing a crochet hat donation, and a crochet graffiti project display for the school.

If you want to join you can find information by joining their Remind with the code “fhscroslay” and follow their Instagram @fhs.crochet.
